Ecotection Life has the main goal as stopping the clime warming and cleaning the Planet. My name is Alex Greentown and I am CEO of Ecotection Life, I am an engineer and I found more solutions but starting a real business with taxes and salaries is much harder than just building a prototype and it requires big amounts of money and very high ROI. After years of research I found the business with very high ROI and it is something which I love to do, its Constructions and Green Materials.
Green Materials means materials which have positive influence on Ecology and people health. I found such material. I made experiments with Fungi, with different plants and this material is not Fungi but its made of a plant which grows 5 times faster than trees and it is able to sequester CO2 and generate Oxygen.
I written a Business Plan for building 50 houses. It is calculated for less than $2mil and growing the plants for this materials(one material for insulation and one for structural elements) sequester about 400 tons of CO2 and generates about 400 tons of Oxygen. Actually thiese plants take co2, take Carbon from co2, release Oxygen and create materials of this Carbon.
In my Business Plan the calculations show that the company will grow very fast and I can scale it up to Billions of Euros.
Last week I went to Investor's Forum which has it's goal to spread the Energy Efficient Buildings.
One of the most important parts of Energy Efficient Buildings is the Insulation. The houses built with my material have extremely high insulation properties with walls thinner than stone walls.
I went on 2 B2B meetings:
A. Estonian company CEO. He makes buildings renovation. He said that there is high demand for cheap houses in Europe and this demand is growing, so my houses will have high demand because they are cheaper than stone or wood houses. The usage of modern equipment allows me to make materials stronger than Oak wood and insulator with properties capable to wool properties.
B. OTP Bank representatives. After I told the about properties of materials I get and the price of houses and shown them all calculations they told me they would like to do further research and they would credit this business for the branches which are located in my country Republic of Moldova.
Conclusion: the idea with building houses generating oxygen and preventing cutting trees and preventing concrete production Ecological expenses was also a great idea in terms of marketing and the calculations, and the mentors confirm that the ROI is very high and the potential for scale is very big.
My Business Plan is made with plans of growing big fields of this fast growing plant in Deserts of Spain and I research technologies for de desertification and I hope I can restore a part of deserts in Spain with modern technologies.
